The Past Masters album art are a bit plain aren’t they? What with it just being white on black and vice versa. I decided to mess around with them a bit and make them better to look at, and I’ve done that by adding some very important photos on them.
Volume One has the first ever photo of The Beatles as John, Paul, George, and Ringo taken at The Cavern Club on August 22 1962. While on Volume Two the photo used is from the last photoshoot taken at John and Yoko’s home at Tittenhurst Park taken on the day, seven years apart from the first photo. I thought it kind of reflected the vast legacy that the fab four had.
A simple left-click on one album art, then a right-click, and saving the image should do the trick. They’re 1280x1280 so it should look detailed enough.
I completely agree with you, they had so much to do with the Past Master covers but they didn’t really make it eye catching (apart form the big bold writing that said ‘THE BEATLES’), (or place the 2 albums with iconic beginning and ending photo’s of the band) This is a very good edit!! :)
